THE LEAGUE
The LEAGUE is back, this time with a new sponsor. Legatopoker will host five
freerolls, yes that’s right – they have agreed to turn all five
tournaments into freerolls. On top of that they have added a few more Ipods
then the last time that The LEAGUE was played.
The LEAGUE is a series of tournaments for the members of the ThePokerBay arranged
together with Legatopoker. Take the chance to be the Best player at the ThePokerBay
and win some nice prizes. There will be a leaderboard and special prizes for
the leaderboard winners (see below).
One good thing about Legatopoker is that they donate 1% of their rake to charity.
The current beneficiary is UNICEF.
Legatopoker also has some great stuff for their players. On top of their generous

To participate in these events you have to follow the steps below:
- Sign up and create an account on Legatopoker.com
- Use promotion code: pokerbay when you sign up the account on Legatopoker (this so you can participate in the events and get the leaderboard points)
- After signing up the account fill out the form below with your TPB username and your Legatopoker username. Please also download the Poker1 software and choose your screenname. Only those that submit the form can win the leaderboardprizes.
- All TPB-users will get up to €1000 bonus. For more info about the bonus click here.
- Finding the tournament: Open the Poker1 software. Click the tournaments tab in the software. Then click the All tab. After that sort the tournaments after name and look for a tournament named THEPOKERBAY LEAGUE x. Please note that you have to sign in to the software to be able to find the tournament. Registration will open 24 hours prior to the tournaments themselves in order to prevent sit-outs.
- If you haven’t been playing from the start or can’t play every event that is ok. It will be harder to win the leaderboard but the point distribution is pretty even so there will be a fight for first place.
